The DF16 speed sensor and radar sensor applied in Beijing Yanfang line

On December 30, 2017, Beijing Yanfang Line, a state-level demonstration project for fully automatic operation system was opened.

Since its opening in December 2017, Yanfang Line has performed better in safety operation, driving efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction, service quality and other aspects than previous non-fully automatic routes, effectively meeting operational needs and improving the ride experience. In the nearly two years of operation, Yanfang Line has safely delivered about 13.2 million passengers, with the punctuality rate of 99.99%. The Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport has assessed it as an excellent train, achieving smooth operation.

Shanghai Deuta’s DF16 Photoelectric Speed Sensor and Radar Speed Sensor are applied in the FAO system of Beijing Yanfang Line to ensure that the FAO system can solve the safety problems of automatic operation and realize perfect safety protection.
